POLICIES
All sales are final except in the event of a product defect. Many pieces at DeLise Decor are vintage/antique or have been constructed of recycled materials; as such imperfections should be anticipated as part of the inherent beauty of the object.
Shipping is at additional cost and DeLise Decor will recommend shippers based on price and reliability. However clients must inspect merchandise within 24 hours of receipt or before signing for any deliveries. If an item has been damaged in transit, a claim must be filed with the carrier immediately. All packaging and paperwork must be retained for carrier inspection.
